About Hypergen 🔶

Hypergen helps companies unlock new growth by providing revenue operations and email infrastructure services tailored to fast-moving markets like M&A, SaaS, and agencies. We’re growing fast and looking for an ambitious SDR to fuel our top-of-funnel and grow into a future AE role.

What You’ll Do

  • Follow up promptly on positive warm leads who responded via email to book discovery calls.

  • Proactively prospect older warm leads and closed-lost opportunities via cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn.

  • Learn Hypergen’s core services and value proposition and confidently pitch them to prospects.

  • Use tools like Clay, Apollo, and AI tools (or be willing to learn them) for research and prospecting.

  • Collaborate closely with the AE and founders to refine messaging, strategy, and outreach.

  • Keep accurate records of outreach and outcomes in the CRM.

  • Contribute ideas for improving scripts, automations, and sales processes.

Job requirements

🚀 What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, BDR, or SDR role (open to hungry new reps with the right attitude).

  • Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections.

  • Curious and proactive - eager to learn new tools, research prospects, and understand our industry.

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

  • Goal-oriented and motivated by targets and career growth.

  • Bonus: Experience with Clay, sales automations, or AI tools for sales research.

💰 Compensation

Base salary:

  • $3,500/$5,000 CAD/month (flexible depending on experience)

Commission:

  • $20 USD per qualified meeting booked (defined as prospects with sufficient TAM and fit—not random businesses).

  • 1% of revenue on closed deals.

Expected performance:

  • 60–70 qualified meetings/month → $1,200–$1,400 USD in monthly meeting bonuses.

  • Plus commission on ~2 closed deals/month (e.g. $120+ USD if average deals are ~$12,000 each).

  • OTE target: ~$84,000 CAD/year.
