Copywriting Lead (Cold email)

We are Hypergen, a B2B Lead Generation agency working with various industries, from SaaS and Software to Digital Marketing agencies and more. We are currently growing fast and expanding our team.

At this stage, we are looking for a Copywriting Lead who understands how outbound works and genuinely enjoys the process of writing cold email sequences.

What You’ll Be Doing: ✍

• Crafting Sequences: Build cold email sequences for various B2B clients, focusing on developing specific angles, hooks, and positioning.

• Collaborating: Work with our current copywriter and GTM specialists to ensure messaging is high-quality and aligned with targeting.

• Copy-Tech Research: Stay informed on new copywriting tools and AI developments. You will be responsible for testing these tools and implementing them into our internal processes.

• Personalization at Scale: Utilize tools like Clay to incorporate research and personalization logic into outbound campaigns.

What We’re Looking For: 🫡

• Outbound Experience: Proven experience writing cold emails that generate replies. You understand how to navigate a cold inbox effectively.

• Campaign Knowledge: Experience managing outbound campaigns and a solid understanding of key metrics (open rates, positive replies, etc.).

• Technical Stack: Proficiency with outbound tools is required. Experience with Clay, Apollo, Instantly, or Smartlead is a significant advantage.

• AI Proficiency: Regular use of AI tools for research, ideation, and drafting, with the ability to refine outputs through prompting.
